SCA Traveler Series 2024‐20254
The traveller series is designed to offer starling sailors the chance to attend regular large regattas through New Zealand. The SCA encourages sailors and their families to take part and supports the clubs throughout New Zealand.
- Sailors must be financial members of a Yachting New Zealand Club and a financial member of the Starling Class Association.
- SCA will set regattas around the country to meet traveller series requirements.
- Sailors will register their home club as part of SCA registration. The listed club must be the club you regularly sail at.
- Contestants must cross the cook strait to contest at least one regatta in the series to contest the overall traveller series results.
- To be eligible to contest the overall traveller series championship contestants must race in 5 events with their final score coming from their best 4 results including the national champs which is non-discardable.

- North & South Island Starling Super Series to be run separately.  Each series will have one drop allocation only.

- Sailors are welcome to race in both Series, however the results will only be recorded in their local series.

-The overal Starling Super Series Winners of each series to be presented at the Starling Nationals 2024/25 - this season at Howick Sailing Club - 17-21 April 2024.  

- Overall Winners of each series will also race off for the National Kombi Van Super Series Trophy at the Starling Nationals.
